Key Personnel - Dansco Engineering

Samuel Greenberg founded Dansco Engineering in 1987 as a one-man engineering consulting firm after almost 15 years experience in the precast and prestressed concrete industries. Since that time, Mr. Greenberg has been a structural consultant on a diverse array of projects and has been heavily involved in both concrete shoring/formwork and building component industries. Sam Greenberg also has extensive forensic engineering experience.  

Samuel Greenberg has been very active in the engineering profession and holds numerous professional memberships. He is a past chairman of ACI Committee 347 - Shoring and Formwork and a member of Truss Plate Institute Committees ANSI/TPI-1 and TPI-3.  He has also acted locally in various capacities with the Hillsborough County Board of Adjustments, Appeals, and Examiners. Mr. Greenberg is a licensed professional engineer in 13 states. He is a certified special inspector and general contractor as well as a certified scuba divemaster. He was educated at SUNY - Stony Brook.

Thuy Huynh joined Dansco Engineering in 1998, shortly after graduation from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining the Dansco family, she worked as a structural engineer assistant for Crump Engineering, Inc. located in Tampa.  Though she oversees a myriad of diverse projects, Ms. Huynh's specialties include: residential homes, wood trusses, concrete masonry, and steel.  Demonstration of her talent is the Capital One Office Building and Parking Garage, as well as the Madonia Residence.  

Ms. Huynh is a Vietnamese-American who earned her Professional Engineering License from the Florida State Board of Engineers in 2003.  She is currently a licensed Professional Engineer in 5 states. Ms. Huynh and her husband are local Tampa Bay residents who enjoy spending time with their extended families and watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneer games.

Adarsh Shah joined Dansco Engineering in 2004 after completing his Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 5 states.  He has extensive design and field experience in all major building materials and has worked on projects throughout the United States.  Mr. Shah has worked on a diverse array of projects and building types, including institutional and industrial facilities, to building component design, to shoring and formwork designs.  

Mr. Shah represented University of Texas at Arlington twice in an ACI concrete mix competition.  He has site and project management experience working in India.  In addition to his Masters in Civil Engineering, Mr. Shah holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Pune University and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Gujarat State, India.  He likes to read and spend time with his family when away from work.
