Structural Inspections:  With licensed building inspectors as well as professional and structural engineers on staff, we offer building inspection services for new and existing construction of any size and type. In addition to structural inspections, we also offer inspections for fire and water damage, hurricane damage and preventative maintenance solutions, stucco and EIFS systems, and residential mechanical-electrical-plumbing systems. We can also provide you with timely and economical retrofit and repair solutions where deficiencies and/or damage are found as well as opinions of probable costs of corrective action.
 
Truss Engineering:  We provide review and design repair services for both wood and light-gauge steel trusses, EWP, wall panels and engineered wood products (e.g. I-joists, LVL, glulam, etc.).  We review truss layouts (placement plans) and design both temporary and permanent bracing for wood and light-gauge steel truss systems.  We have also designed many custom truss-to-truss connections for both wood and light-gauge steel truss systems.  In most cases, we can turn around your sealed truss drawings and design repairs within 24hrs. We are currently licensed professional and structural engineers in 29 states.
